The rules for our courses, membership, and community.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aifortheculture.com, our courses, our membership, and our community (together, the "Services"), operated by AI For The Culture ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME]). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person. Sharing your login is grounds for termination without refund.
We offer individual courses and a recurring membership.
Access to member-only content and the private Discord ends when your membership ends.
Membership renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year. Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not prorate partial periods.
If we change pricing, we will give existing subscribers advance notice before the change applies to their renewal.
[REFUND POLICY — e.g. "We offer a 14-day refund on individual course purchases. Membership payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing."]
Refund requests go to Nick@aifortheculture.com.
All course materials — videos, written lessons, prompt libraries, templates, and downloads — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own learning and your own creative and commercial projects.
You may not: resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the course materials; use them to build a competing course or training product; upload them to any file-sharing service; or use them to train a machine learning model.
What you make is yours. We claim no ownership over the music, video, animation, personas, or other work you create using what you learn.
Our Discord is part of the Services. In it, you agree not to harass or abuse other members, post hateful or illegal content, spam or advertise without permission, share pirated material, or leak member-only content. We may remove content and suspend or ban members who break these rules, without refund.
Our courses teach workflows that use third-party AI tools. You are responsible for complying with the terms of every tool you use, and for the content you create and publish. That includes:
Nothing in our courses is legal advice. Laws and platform policies around AI-generated content change quickly and vary by country. Verify current rules before you publish or monetize.
Any earnings, stream counts, or growth figures we reference are examples of what has been achieved, not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your work, your market, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of income or outcome.
The Services link to and depend on third parties — our payment and course platform, Discord, and the AI tools taught in the courses. We do not control them, are not responsible for them, and their availability, pricing, and features may change or end at any time.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will remain available indefinitely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, and in serious cases without notice and without refund.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, sent by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
